Colby Cartledge is a professional intrapreneur. She is Target’s Lead Business Designer on the New Ventures & Accelerators team, where she helps derisk speculative opportunities for the organization.
Colby received her B.A. in Supply Chain Management and Management of Information Systems at the University of Texas at Austin in 2011. In 2016, she received her M.S. in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University. Fun fact, she’s never been to Michigan! (But we're not holding that against her 😆 )
Today, Colby resides in Minneapolis, MN with her wife and many pets. Outside of work, she enjoys rowing and modern quilting.
