You Do Not Have A Broken Brain! (It's Just Anxiety.😬)

Living with social anxiety is hard, but living with these anxieties in the creative field? Seems almost impossible, right?!

This week, Danielle sits down with Michigan State University Communication’s Graphic Designer, Aimee Brasseur, to open the conversation about what it’s like having a brain that perceives itself as constantly in danger. Throughout this episode, you’ll also hear specialized clips from Dr. Jonathan Ritz, elaborating on the topics Danielle and Aimee touch on.

Mental health is important. Are you a Spartan in need of help? Need someone to talk to right now? Crisis services are available 24/7.
